The Small Works Department as the name suggests carries out anything from a repair of a gutter through to a complete strip and re-sheet.  We also provide Planned Maintenance Schemes offering you the opportunity to have peace of mind that your Building is being properly maintained, and avoid more expensive work when a problem has already made an impact on your production or service causing you further costs.  We often find that when we are called out to carry out a repair the fault is often due to poor maintenance.
