Kal-Zip Standing Seam

Gable (UK) Ltd are proud to be part of the UK network of Teamkal Contractors who specialise in designing and installing a wide variety of Kal-Zip systems ranging from traditional double skin systems with profiled sheets to structural decking systems which can span truss centers and avoid the need for purlins to be installed. Kal-Zip can be both site formed and factory formed curved sheets giving the specifier the freedom to produce exceptional designs.

Gable (UK) Ltd also install the Kal-zip Hi-Point modular system which enables roof systems to be pre-built at the dedicated factory at Haydock and delivered to site for craning directly onto the roof and installed in a fraction of the time taken with traditional build. Gable (UK) Ltd are one of the original contractors chosen by Corus to be a platinum Approved Contractor. Whether you have a new build or refurbishment Project Corus can provide a warranty for the complete envelope for up to 30 years for the material and 12 years for the installation, providing all products are manufactured by Corus approved supply chain partners and installed by Gable (UK) Ltd. The Platinum Warranty Scheme is a simple straight forward warranty supported by one of the largest construction product manufactures in the world.

Sika Trocal

As a licensed contractor for the range of Sika Trocal Single-Ply Membrane we are able to offer a solution for all flat roofing projects whether new build or refurbishment. All systems come with a Trocal guarantee backed by one of the largest construction organisations worldwide with a global turnover of 2000 million.

 

Trocal’s involvement continues throughout the entire process from the original specification to site monitoring by their dedicated field engineers to the final ‘sign off’ at completion and issue of the warranty. As a licensed contractor both our site operatives and office staff are trained at the Birmingham Training Centre and issued with a photo identity card. The training is regularly updated to embrace new products and site applications.
