Flat to Pitch Construction—If you have an existing flat roof which is constantly causing problems and needs replacing it is more often economical to construct a pitch roof which can then either be sheeted, tiled, slated or single ply membrane all of which not only give a waterproof, low maintenance roof for up to 30 years but can also drastically improve the aesthetic and design of the building.

Planned Maintenance

Should you have an existing building or site which requires ongoing maintenance we will be pleased to visit you to carry out a full survey free of charge outlining recommendations of the type of maintenance, frequency and any works that need attending too.

 

We have found that by clearing out blocked rain water pipes/gutters at an early stage will prevent longer term problems and damage to internal operations. Therefore providing a cost effective solution which can be carried out either once or twice a year. Please contact us for further information.
