This negotiated design and build project with Warings Contractors Ltd enabled Gable (UK) Ltd to propose and specify many of the cladding elements for this contract.

 

Our expertise was also used in conjunction with other trades to ‘detail’ out potential site problems. This included the top roof overhang detail being constructed in the factory of the steelwork company in completed phases which were then transported to site and craned up to roof level for fixing into position saving a substantial amount in both access equipment and programme.

 

Since this building has been completed we have been fortunate enough to work with Warings in a similar vein on other projects.
